Gweneviere Concordis – The Magistrate of the Dept. of Labor Resources, where JJ & Ibra are interns.

Thorgunn Boomslaang – A washed-up old inventor with pre-war arcane knowledge, now a regular in Gambler’s Alley. Fran’s strange & begrudging mentor.

Dr. Abbadio – Ibra’s physician, a doctor and proprietary researcher in the Upper City. He reports on Ibra’s well-being to a board of shadowy investors.

Inspector Ravona – Detective for the Governor’s Office, and lead on a mysterious investigation.

Cecilia Baker – A prominent figure in the Baker’s Guild and Gordon’s boss, she is the main emissary for the Guild and business contacts in the Upper City.

Pasmina “Paz” Voxana – Ibra’s childhood best friend, and a student at the School of Rhetoric. She walks with the help of mobility aids, and has a bit of a crush on Gordon.
